fragile............

have you ever had one of those days wehere you felt fragile?

as if at any moment you were going to break into a million tiny pieces......or fall into tears at the very mention of a bad break, or a compliment............today was one of those days for me.

it is amazing what our perceptions can do to color our emotional state......and visa versa.

maybe it is the wind...........gale force and from every direction (or so it seems) that is messing with my internal wiring.
or perhaps the barometric pressure which is changing as this next big storm comes in..............

or hormones......but that would be too easy

most likely it is the entire mix of all of the above....we are creatures of this world and can feel her shifts & pains

so here is to feeling............fragile, full-of-it or otherwise........feelings remind us of our humanity and our place in the world full of other folks and our responsibilty to protect all of that.
