By design,
the world is in a state of perpetual change.
Only God knows what you ask.
All a person can know is themself,
and only then if they are honest
and reflective
and willing to strip away self deception.

I saw this statement in one of my e-news letters and felt that it was most appropriate for where I am right now, personally & professionally.

There is a tendancy to deny and ignore that which is most uncomfortable within ourselves and to pratice honest self-reflection is a challenge.

To really truly grow as a human we are challanged by god/dess to look at ourselved in an honest manner & strip away the negatives:

negative self-image

negative health habits

negative inter-personal habits

It's a long walk but the journey is well worth the effort.
